§ 40960

Statute text

There is hereby created the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District. The boundaries of the Sacramento district shall include all of the County of Sacramento and, pursuant to Section 40963, if the board of supervisors of the County of Placer requests to become part of the Sacramento district, shall also include all or a portion of that county, as specified in the resolution of the board of supervisors requesting inclusion in the Sacramento district.
