§ 40530

Statute text

The south coast district board may authorize, in writing, the controller to draw separate payroll warrants or checks in the names of the individual south coast district employees for the respective amounts due each employee so each employee may be furnished with a statement of the amount earned and an itemization of the amounts withheld.
