View on leginfo.ca.govThe offsite storage, treatment, transportation, and disposal of extremely hazardous waste is subject to the same requirements specified in this chapter that are applicable to hazardous waste and the department shall not require any special or additional permits for the offsite handling or management of extremely hazardous waste.
