§ 24501

HSC § 24501 Effective Jan 1, 1995Div. 20 · Ch. 4.7 · Art. 1

As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Infant” means any person less than 35 inches tall and less than three years of age.

(b)“Crib” means a bed or containment designed to accommodate an infant.
