View on leginfo.ca.govIf any certificate of title is stolen, lost, mutilated, or illegible, the legal owner of the manufactured home, mobilehome, commercial coach, truck camper, or floating home for which it was issued, as shown by the records of the department, shall immediately make application for, and may, upon payment of required fees and the applicant furnishing information satisfactory to the department, obtain a duplicate certificate of title.
