View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The following persons and entities shall not be subject to criminal or civil liability for injury caused when any entity or person donates, accepts, or dispenses prescription drugs in compliance with this division:
(1)A prescription drug manufacturer, wholesaler, governmental entity, or participating entity.
(2)A pharmacist or physician who accepts or dispenses prescription drugs.
