View on leginfo.ca.govIt is unlawful for any person, with the intent to defraud, to falsely represent and provide for compensation a device, substance, method or treatment as effective to diagnose, arrest, prevent, or cure cancer. Nothing in this section shall abridge the existent rights of the press.
