Statute text

(a)The committee shall keep a record of its meetings and proceedings.

(b)The department shall maintain a register of all applications for registration and retain examination papers and records pertaining thereto for a length of time to be determined by the department.

(c)(1) The department shall maintain a current registry of all registered environmental health specialists and all environmental health specialist trainees in the state.
