§ 104162

HSC § 104162 Effective Aug 10, 2001Div. 103 · Part 1 · Ch. 2 · Art. 1.5

An individual shall be eligible to receive treatment services pursuant to this article provided that all of the following criteria are met:

(a)The individual is a resident of California.

(b)The individual is uninsured or underinsured.
