§ 101487

Statute text

(a)A local officer shall provide written notification to the department and the regional water quality control board of the local officer’s intention to enter into a remedial action agreement with a responsible party pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (c) of Section 101480. The written notification shall include all of the following:

(1)The name and address of the responsible party.

(2)The name and address of the current owner of the waste release site, if different than the responsible party.
