§ 6930

Statute text

Any district organized pursuant to this part may create a bonded debt pursuant to the provisions of Article 1 (commencing with Section 43600) of Chapter 4 of Division 4, Title 4 of the Government Code. Bonds may be issued for the purpose of raising money for use in carrying out any of the powers and purposes of the district.
