View on leginfo.ca.gov“Seaport infrastructure financing district” means an enhanced infrastructure financing district that finances port or harbor infrastructure created in accordance with Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 1710) of this part and Chapter 2.99 (commencing with Section 53398.50) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code.
