View on leginfo.ca.govThe instructional committee shall advise the commission on instructional programming. In fulfilling this responsibility, the committee may do all of, but shall not be limited to, the following:
(a)Periodically prepare an assessment of statewide instructional programming needs.
(b)Recommend appropriate actions by the commission pursuant to Section 8823 to meet the needs identified under subdivision (a).
