§ 88001

GOV § 88001 Effective Jan 1, 2026Title 9 · Ch. 8

The state voter information guide shall contain all of the following:

(a)A complete copy of each state measure.

(b)A copy of the specific constitutional or statutory provision, if any, that would be repealed or revised by each state measure.
