View on leginfo.ca.govThe Office of Emergency Services shall develop a plan for state and local governmental agencies to utilize volunteer resources during a state of emergency proclaimed by the Governor. The office shall consult with appropriate state and local governmental agencies and volunteer organizations in the development of this plan.
