§ 67820

Statute text

(a)The authority shall be formed if two-thirds of the legislative bodies listed in subdivision (b) with two-thirds of the territory over all or a portion of the boundaries of the military base and with responsibility for complying with Division 1 (commencing with Section 65000) of Title 7 adopt resolutions calling for the formation of the authority.

(b)The authority shall be governed by a board of directors composed of the following:

(1)One member from each city with a sphere of influence over all or a portion of the boundaries of the military base.
