§ 63025

GOV § 63025 Effective Jan 1, 1995Div. 1 · Title 6.7 · Ch. 2 · Art. 1

The bank board shall do the following:

(a)Adopt bylaws for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business.

(b)Adopt an official seal.
