§ 62540

GOV § 62540 Effective Jan 1, 2025Title 6.5 · Part 2 · Ch. 1

(a)An authority may raise and allocate new revenue through both of the following funding mechanisms:

(1)Special taxes, subject to voter approval, as provided in Article 1 (commencing with Section 62550) of Chapter 2, as follows:

(A)A parcel tax, as provided in Section 62550.
