View on leginfo.ca.gov“Legal representative” means an officer of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company duly authorized to sign for, and on behalf of, the entity. Legal representative also includes a guardian, conservator, executor, administrator, trustee, or other person holding property in a trust capacity under appointment of a court, when authorized by an order of the court.
