§ 53838

Statute text

(a)A special district may issue securitized limited obligation notes after the adoption, by a four-fifths vote of all the members of the governing body, of a resolution reciting each of the following:

(1)That the resolution is being adopted pursuant to this subdivision.

(2)The purposes of incurring the indebtedness, and that the indebtedness shall be used solely for those purposes.
