View on leginfo.ca.govThe special charge described in Section 40470 shall only be imposed pursuant to Article 3.5 (commencing with Section 50075) of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 1 of Title 5. The charge shall be in an amount and for a period not to exceed five years which shall be stated on the ballot.
