§ 20683.77

Statute text

(a)Effective July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027, inclusive, the employee contributions described in Section 20677.6 for state miscellaneous and industrial members represented by State Bargaining Unit 18 shall remain in place.

(b)Notwithstanding Sections 20677.4 and 20677.6, effective July 1, 2027, the normal contribution rates for state miscellaneous or state industrial members who are represented by State Bargaining Unit 18 shall be adjusted in accordance with this section when both of the following occur:

(1)The total normal cost rate for the category in effect for the 2016–17 fiscal year has increased by 1 percent.
