View on leginfo.ca.gov“Board” means the agency created by Section 2 of Article VII of the California Constitution and includes the “State Personnel Board” provided in Section 2(a) and the “executive officer” provided in Section 2(c) thereof. The board shall be within the Government Operations Agency.
