§ 15570.20

GOV § 15570.20 Effective Jun 27, 2017Div. 3 · Title 2 · Part 8.7 · Ch. 2

For the purposes of this part, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

(a)“Board” means the State Board of Equalization.

(b)“Department” means the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration.
