§ 15563

Statute text

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:

(a)“Agency” means the Labor and Workforce Development Agency.

(b)“Clean energy” means renewable energy resources and zero-carbon resources as described by Section 454.53 of the Public Utilities Code.
