§ 14031.7

Statute text

Prior to any allocation pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 14031. 6, for any recommended new service, the department shall submit a report to the commission consisting of the following:

(a)The speeds and other service attributes needed.

(b)Needed facilities and manpower specifications.
