§ 12461

GOV § 12461 Effective Sep 17, 2012Div. 3 · Title 2 · Part 2 · Ch. 5 · Art. 4

The Controller shall release an annual report that includes all of the following:

(a)General Purpose Financial Statements prepared in accordance with Section 12460 and “Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.”
