§ 12186

The fees for corporate filings are the following:

(a)Issuing a certificate of reservation of corporate name: Ten dollars ($10).

(b)Registering a corporate name for the calendar year pursuant to Section 2101 of the Corporations Code: Fifty dollars ($50).
