§ 11790

(a)There is in the Department of Justice the Hawkins Data Center.

(b)The data center shall be under the supervision of a data center director who shall be appointed by the Attorney General pursuant to civil service. The data center director shall be responsible for the efficient and effective management and operation of the data center.
