View on leginfo.ca.gov“Person” means an individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, joint venture, association, trust, estate, business trust, corporation, joint stock company, limited liability company, unincorporated association, sovereign government or agency, instrumentality, or political subdivision thereof, or any similar entity or organization.
