View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)Evidence collected by eavesdropping in violation of Chapter 1.5 (commencing with Section 630) of Title 15 of Part 1 of the Penal Code is inadmissible.
(b)If it appears that a violation described in subdivision (a) exists, the court may refer the matter to the proper authority for investigation and prosecution.
