FAM § 17302 Effective Jan 1, 2000Div. 17 · Ch. 1 · Art. 3

The director shall do all of the following:

(a)Be responsible for the management of the department.

(b)Administer all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the administration of child support enforcement obligations.
