View on leginfo.ca.govA marketing order may contain provisions for the application for, review, certification, and equitable payment of, production adjustment benefits to growers from funds which are collected for such purpose on a uniform basis from all commercial growers of any commodity in the state, for which production adjustment payments are made. Such funds may be supplemented by funds, if any, which are received from federal, state, or other agencies for such purpose.
