View on leginfo.ca.govThe director may upon his own motion, and shall upon the verified complaint in writing of any person, investigate the actions of any dairy produce exchange and may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke any license which is issued pursuant to this chapter if the licensee is guilty of any of the following:
(a)Failure to supply all the information which is required by subdivisions a, b, c, and d of Section 57132.
(b)Making any false statement or misrepresentation of fact to the director.
