View on leginfo.ca.govNotwithstanding Sections 35281 and 35282, any person who intentionally commits any of the following acts is guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by imprisonment of not less than six months nor more than one year, or by both the fine and imprisonment:
(a)Processing without pasteurization any milk or milk product which is required by this division to be pasteurized.
(b)Manufacturing or processing for resale of any milk or milk product in a milk products plant which is not licensed by the director pursuant to Chapter 12 (commencing with Section 34951).
