§ 1003

ELEC § 1003 Effective Jan 1, 2001Div. 1 · Ch. 1

This chapter shall not apply to the following:

(a)Any special election called by the Governor.

(b)Elections held in chartered cities or chartered counties in which the charter provisions are inconsistent with this chapter.
