§ 92630.5

Statute text

This article shall apply to the University of California only to the extent that the regents act, by resolution, to make it applicable. This article shall apply to the college named in Section 92200 only to the extent that the Board of Directors of the college named in Section 92200 acts, by resolution, to make it applicable.
