Statute text

(a)The regents are hereby requested to consider, as a component of the University of California’s current systemwide medical education program assessment, the expansion of the Charles R. Drew/UCLA Undergraduate Medical Education Program.

(b)The regents are further requested to submit, not later than June 30, 2003, a report summarizing their findings regarding the Charles R. Drew/UCLA Undergraduate Medical Education Program to the Governor, the Legislature, and the California Postsecondary Education Commission.
