View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The Legislature finds and declares that fidelity to the California Community Schools Framework supports pupil well-being and academic achievement, and recognizes the framework adopted by the state board in January 2022 is consistent with this purpose. To this end, the state board shall adopt and maintain an implementation Framework for the California Community Schools Partnership Act that is responsive to evidence and research on the California Community Schools Partnership Program model and outcomes.
(b)The state board shall adopt and maintain a framework for the California Community Schools Partnership Act, which shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:
(1)The statutory pillars described in subdivision (b) of Section 8901.
