§ 84917

Statute text

(a)To inform actions taken by the Governor and the Legislature related to adult education, the chancellor and the Superintendent shall report to the Director of Finance, the Statewide Director of Immigrant Integration, the state board, and, in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code, the Legislature about the use of the funds described in paragraph (5) of subdivision (b) of Section 84906 and outcomes for adults statewide and in each adult education region. The chancellor and the Superintendent shall provide a report on or before February 1 of each fiscal year for which funds are appropriated for the program. Each report submitted pursuant to this subdivision shall be based on all data available at the time of its submission, and shall include at least all of the following:

(1)A summary of the adult education plan operative for each consortium.

(2)The distribution schedule for each consortium.
