View on leginfo.ca.govNotwithstanding any other law, a community college district may recognize for budgetary and financial reporting purposes any amount of state allocations described in paragraph (2) of subdivision (b) of, or subparagraph (B) of paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of, Section 41206.04 in the fiscal year in which it was received.
