§ 7051

Statute text

This article applies to all officers and employees of a local agency. “Local agency” means a county superintendent of schools, an elementary, high, or unified school district, or a community college district. Officers and employees of a given local agency include officers and employees of any other local agency whose principal duties consist of providing services to the given local agency.
