View on leginfo.ca.govThe Superintendent shall develop procedures and criteria to enable a local educational agency to contract with private nonprofit preschools or child development centers to provide special education and related services to infants and preschool age individuals with exceptional needs. The criteria shall include minimum standards that the private, nonprofit preschool or center shall be required to meet.
