View on leginfo.ca.govA student providing services in elementary schools or child development facilities as a nonteaching aide shall perform no instructional work; but shall, under the immediate supervision and direction of a certificated employee, perform noninstructional work which serves to assist certificated personnel in performance of teaching and administrative responsibilities.
