Statute text

The standard for the exchange credential shall be as prescribed by the commission pursuant to Section 44853. This credential shall authorize service in a position requiring certification qualifications as an exchange certified employee for performance of the services specified in the credential. Services for which a license is required by the Business and Professions Code may not be authorized unless the applicant holds such a license.
