View on leginfo.ca.govThe total amount apportioned from Section A of the State School Fund shall not exceed the amount provided by law therefor. If the total amount provided for Section A of the State School Fund is greater than the total apportioned, the balance from any specified expenditure authorization in Sections 41300 and 41301 shall be used to decrease deficits in apportionments from Section A of the State School Fund in the order prescribed in Section 41972.
