View on leginfo.ca.govThe governing board of any school district may market or license any noneducational mainframe electronic data-processing software developed by the school district to any person or any public or private corporation or agency. Proceeds from the marketing or licensing of noneducational mainframe electronic data-processing software under this section shall be used exclusively for educational purposes.
