§ 33800

EDC § 33800 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 2 · Title 2 · Part 20 · Ch. 5

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:

(a)“Local educational agency” means a school district, county office of education, or charter school.

(b)“Office” means the Office of Civil Rights established pursuant to Section 33801.
