View on leginfo.ca.govA disabled member may be employed to perform creditable service subject to coverage under the Defined Benefit Program. The employment shall not cause the disability allowance to be suspended or terminated except as provided in Sections 23401, 24013, and 24015, and no deduction shall be made from the disabled member’s compensation as contributions to the Defined Benefit Program.
