View on leginfo.ca.govThe sheriff or other official in charge of county correctional facilities may, subject to the approval of the board of supervisors, provide for the rehabilitation of prisoners confined in the county jail, county honor farm or any county industrial farm or county or joint county road camp. Such rehabilitation shall emphasize education and vocational training.
